Limited Warranty

Every Universal Vaping Machine (UVM) from Gram 1 LLC, operating as Gram Research, is backed by a 3-year limited warranty with US-based support.

What is covered

Gram warrants that the UVM hardware and electronics will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for three (3) years from the date of delivery. If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Gram will, at its option, repair or replace the affected component at no charge for parts or labor.

What is not covered

• Consumables and disposable items, including PTFE fiber cartridge filters and the disposable vapor-contact flow-path components.
• Normal wear, or routine maintenance such as scheduled pump lubrication.
• Damage from misuse, accident, liquid damage beyond normal operation, improper power supply, or operation outside documented specifications.
• Unauthorized modification, repair, or disassembly.

Support

Support is provided from our facility in California, USA. Most issues can be resolved remotely; where hardware service is needed, we will coordinate repair or replacement promptly.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, this limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy and replaces all other warranties, express or implied. Gram is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary by jurisdiction.
